1)   ICv2 can host your destination page (see http://www.icv2.com/destination.html for a sample) as an optional, no-cost service in conjunction with your on-line sponsorship.

2)   Due date for materials -- Two business days before ad is to run.

3)   Images
       --  Title or product logo
            -  72 dpi, 420 pixels maximum dimension, JPG preferred
       --  Up to three product or promotional premium images
            -  72 dpi, 420 pixels maximum dimension, JPG preferred

4)   Word file containing -- 
      --  Headline
      --  Subhead
      --  Up to 200 words of text describing your promotion/response mechanism and the product you're promoting
      --  Two 'optional' questions to be answered by retailers as part of the registration process.
