Steve Jackson Games and Topps have partnered to release two games based on Topps’ Garbage Pail Kids trading card property.  The Garbage Pail Kids: Disgusting Dice Game will release in 2015.  The first offering, Garbage Pail Kids: Super Snot Shots, is a limited edition offering which premiered at New York Comic Con and will only be sold direct from SJG.

Garbage Pail Kids: Disgusting Dice Game is designed by Philip Reed and Sam Mitschke, the duo behind the recently released Mars Attack: The Dice Game (see "'Mars Attacks: Dice Game,' 'Munchkin Legends 3: Myth Prints,' More”).  While specific game play details and MSRP were not available, the game will use classic Garbage Pail Kids art, include custom dice and be released to coincide with the 30th Anniversary of the Garbage Pail Kids trading cards.

The Garbage Pail Kids were created by Art Spiegelman, along with Mark Newgarden, John Pound, Tom Bunk and other avant-garde artists in 1985 as part of the Topps Company’s sticker trading card line.  IDW Publishing announced this summer that it will be releasing a comic series in 2015 based on the property as well (see "'Garbage Pail Kids' Come to Comics").
