Ape Entertainment will publish AvaTom, a new comic series created by Law & Order SVU star Christopher Meloni, in 2011.  “Chris created it, and I stepped in and helped him write it,” series writer Jason Burns told ICv2.  “He was involved in the process all along the way and helped write it as well.  But more than anything, it was his idea.”  Art will be by Ramon Espinoza. 

AvaTom is a “dark and edgy” thriller about a software developer who creates an avatar system that makes the decision to take over the developer’s life.
