Five actresses are testing for the role of Steve Rogers’ love interest in Captain America: The Winter Soldier, according to Deadline.  They are Emilia Clarke, who plays Daenerys Targaryen in Game of Thrones; Jessica Brown Findlay (Downton Abbey); Teresa Palmer (Warm Bodies); Imogen Poots (Young Valerie in V for Vendetta); and Alison Brie (Trudy Campbell in Mad Men). 

Black Widow, played by Scarlett Johansson, may also appear in the film, according to the report. Casting has been underway for a while (see "Sebastian Stan Returns as Bucky in 'Winter Soldier'").  The film will release April 4, 2014.
