San Diego Comic-Con News: Marvel Studios has released two more concept art posters for Josh Whedon’s Avengers: The Age of Ultron, which debuts on May 1st, 2015. Like the previous four posters based on The Age of Ultron (see "Marvel Releases Concept Art Posters for 'Age of Ultron'" and "Marvel Unveils Two More 'Age of Ultron' Concept Art Posters"), these designs depict members of the Avengers team battling hordes of Ultron’s robot minions. Both of the posters released today feature art by Ryan Meinerding including a close-up image of Jeremy Renner’s Hawkeye engaged in fierce close quarters combat.
The other poster features Aaron Taylor-Johnson’s Quicksilver, who is seen in a longer shot leaving a blue streak as he speed through the massed robots. One very cool thing about these posters is that they all fit together to depict one mammoth battle scene--all that is lacking at this point are posters for Hulk and Thor, which should be available tomorrow.
Here’s how they all fit together.
