Fantasy Flight Games will release new adventure books for two of its Star Wars roleplaying games:  Keeping the Peace for Star Wars:  Force and Destiny and Mask of the Pirate Queen for Star Wars:  Edge of the Empire.  Both books are scheduled to release late this year.

Keeping the Peace provides detailed information and character options for Guardian type characters.  It includes three new character specializations, three new player character species, new force powers, and new equipment designed for users of the Force.  Recommendations for adventures and campaigns featuring these types of characters are also included for the gamemasters.  Release is scheduled for Q3.  MSRP is $29.95.

Keeping the Peace will be the second adventure book for Force and Destiny, following Chronicles of the Gatekeeper, also releasing in Q3 (se “First ‘Star Wars:  Force and Destiny’ Adventure Supplement”).

In Q4, FFG will release Mask of the Pirate Queen for the Edge of Empire RPG.  Set on a jungle world in the Outer Rim, this adventure puts the players in the center of a conflict between rival criminal syndicates in pursuit of an enormous bounty.  This book also features information about the notorious smuggler port of Ord Mantell.  This 96 page, full color book has MSRP of $29.95.

The Edge of the Empire RPG released in 2013 with much fanfare (see “‘Star Wars:  Edge of Empire Core Rulebook’”).
