Upper Deck will release two movie-style 24” x 36” limited edition screen prints featuring original art by Tony Washington (World of Warcraft).  They will be sold exclusively direct-to-consumer via the Upper Deck Gallery web store.  The black and white version, limited to 250 copies, is available for $59.99; and the colored version, limited to 100 prints, is $99.99.

The board game based on the Crow, originally planned for release this month (see “'Firefly,' 'The Crow,' 'Assassin's Creed,' 'Predator' Games”), is now planned for May 2016, an Upper Deck spokesperson told ICv2.

Upper Deck announced the multi-year licensing deal for The Crow in 2014, with plans to produce board games, mini figures, trading cards and more. Upper Deck Manager-Entertainment Brands Jason Brenner told ICv2 the company also plans to add The Crow to a future VS. System card game release (see “'VS. System' Will Add 'Firefly,' 'Predator,' 'Alien,' More”).

A new movie based on The Crow property would certainly raise the profile of tie-in product, but Hollywood plans are in limbo with the media company that currently holds the film license mired in bankruptcy proceedings (see “'The Crow' Director May Fly the Coop”).
