Just a nod for, IMO, Steve Bennet's most cogent, useful, and on-point column in his entire stint at ICv2. We're two decades past needing to get over this foolishness about girls in our club, and he spoke about it clearly, and in a voice that's been there and understands the impulse to close ranks, but has gotten over it to accept the way the hobby has changed, for the better. Well done.
