Viz Media announced the promotion of Alvin Lu to Executive Vice President of Publishing. Lu began his career at Viz Media in 2000 as Editor-in-Chief of the critically-acclaimed PULP Magazine. Lu then served as a bridge between Viz Media and its Japanese partner-publishers insuring that Viz Media had a constant flow of new material from Japan.
Recently Lu has focused his efforts on developing Viz Media’s original content and the company’s expansion into the digital delivery of its titles.
