The lawsuit between original Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark director Julie Taymor and the show’s producers has been settled, according to Hollywood Reporter.  The acrimonious dispute began last November, after Taymor was removed as director (see "'Spider-Man' Musical Break-up").  The producers counter-sued (see "'Spider-Man' Producers Fire Back"), and the union portion of the dispute was settled earlier this year (see "Partial Settlement in Spidey Musical Suit").
The show continues to run at a profit, despite mediocre reviews.
