Although the deal was not signed as of late March, the 7-Eleven chain plans to convert eleven of its stores across the U.S. into Kwik-E-Marts, the c-store in the Simpsons series, in conjunction with the release of the Simpsons Movie in July (see 'Best in Shows 2007, Part 2'), according to the Richmond Times-Dispatch, reporting on a 7-Eleven company event there.  The fronts of the stores will be refitted to resemble the store in the movie, and customers will be able to buy products such as KrustyO's cereal, Buzz Cola, and iced Squishees. 

Other aspects of the promotional relationship will include the use of Simpsons images to promote 7-Eleven's fresh foods, such as Homer saying 'Mmmm...sandwich' on sandwich wrappers.
