In this privacy policy, we refer to any information that can uniquely identify an individual (including the information below) as “Personal Information”. See the list below for more information about what Personal Information we collect and why.
There are three general categories of Personal Information we collect: (A) Information you provide to us; (B) Information we automatically collect from your use of the Services; (C) Information we collect from third parties.

C. Information We Collect from Other Sources

Cookies
Our site does use “cookies,” digital identifiers that we transfer to your hard drive via your browser, which help us identify your computer. We use a number of different cookies, including functional, performance, advertising, and social media or content cookies. Cookies make your browsing experience better by allowing the website to remember your actions and preferences (such as login and region selection). This means you don’t have to re-enter this information each time you return to the site or browse from one page to another. For example, once we open “industry only” areas of our Site (for example industry-only discussion boards), cookies will also allow you access without logging in each time. Cookies also provide information on how people use the website, for instance whether it’s their first time visiting or if they are a frequent visitor.
Most browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can choose whether or not to accept cookies through your browser controls, often found in your browser’s “Tools” or “Preferences” menu. For more information on how to modify your browser settings or how to block, manage or filter cookies can be found in your browser’s help file or through such sites as www.allaboutcookies.org.
Do Not Track
Please note that because there is no consistent industry understanding of how to respond to “Do Not Track” signals, we do not alter our data collection and usage practices when we detect such a signal from your browser.
Information Use
We may use Personal Information to:
- To fulfill or meet the reason you provided the information. For example, if you share your name and contact information to ask a question about our products or services, we will use that personal information to respond to your inquiry. If you provide your personal information to purchase a product or service, we will use that information to process your payment and facilitate delivery. We may also save your information to facilitate new product orders or process returns.
- Provide, maintain, operate, improve, enhance, administer, and troubleshoot our Site and your experience with it.
- Track and analyze trends and usage of the Site.
- Communicate with you, including customer support, notifications or reminders related to our products and services, billing and other offers and information that we believe may be of interest to you.
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent transactions and other illegal activities and protect out rights and property.
- Monitor, protect, and secure our systems.
- Carry out any other purpose for which the information was collected.
- For any other purpose with your consent.
We may use the information we have collected from you to enable us to display advertisements to our advertisers’ target audiences. Even though we do not disclose your Personal Information for these purposes without your consent, if you click on or otherwise interact with an advertisement, the advertiser may assume that you meet its target criteria. We may also perform statistical analysis of user behavior and characteristics. We do this in order to measure interest in and use of our Site. We may share this information with advertisers. We may also use this information to let advertisers know how many visitors have seen their banners and how many have clicked on them. We will provide only aggregated data from these analyses to third parties; advertisers will not be able to identify any individual from these analyses.
We also may use aggregated or de-identified information, which cannot reasonably be used to identify you, for various purposes, including, for example, system administration, record keeping, and advertising reporting. Once aggregated or de-identified, the data does not personally identify you, is no longer Personal Information, and is not subject to this policy.
Information Sharing
We share your Personal Information with service providers to help us provide our services and fulfill our contracts with you, as described above. We only make these business purpose disclosures under written contracts that describe the purposes, require the recipient to keep the Personal Information confidential, and prohibit using the disclosed information for any purpose except performing the contract. For example, we use Shopify to power our online
store; we use Stripe to process subscription payments and manage access to the membership section of our Site; we use Google Analytics to help us understand how our customers use the Site; and we use Google AdManager to track user interaction with advertisements on an aggregate level.
We may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
We do not sell Personal Information.
