Stan Lee is working on an MTV animated series featuring Paris Hilton, with a minor credit for her former boyfriend, Paris Latsis, according to a report in the New York Daily News. 

Lee previously created a short-lived animated series around a Pamela Anderson character (see 'Stripperella On--For Now').  

Lee recently entered a deal giving Disney first grabs at new projects developed by him and Pow! Entertainment (see 'Disney Signs 'Stan the Man''), but it is unlikely Disney will add Paris to its stable of princesses, as Lee had indicated that Stripperella was not a fit for the deal, and it seems that there are enough similarities to put the Hilton project in the same category.
