Dave Salisbury of Fan Boy Three in Manchester, England saw retailer Jay Bardyla's comments about the sales of The League of Extraordinary Men: Black Dossier outside the U.S. (see 'Jay Bardyla of Happy Harbor Comics on 'Black Dossier' Sales Restrictions'), and says the book is not widely available in the UK:

While I understand (and share) frustrations at the unavailability of Black Dossier in Canada, I have to point out that Black Dossier is not routinely on sale in England.

I know for a fact that some UK based shops have grey imported copies, but most stores, including my local store, have not.  Neither will Amazon.com ship copies to the UK; my order keeps self-deleting from the cart, while on Amazon.co.uk, copies are listed (from three American-based sellers) at $95 each!
