FUNimation has announced release dates for a number of former Geneon titles.  At Anime Expo FUNimation announced that it would be distributing select anime properties formerly held by Geneon (see “FUNimation to Distribute Select Geneon Titles”).  The highly anticipated Black Lagoon: Second Barrage will be released in a series of single DVDS (MSRP $29.98) starting with Vol.1 on August 19th (Vol.2 follows in September).  Other single volume releases include Hellsing Ultimate Vol. 4 ($24.98, September 16th), Karin Vol. 4 ($29.98, September 2nd), Kyo Kara Maoh! Season 2, Vol.7 ($24.98, September 2nd), and When They Cry Vol. 4 ($29.98 September 30th).

FUNimation is also releasing a number of collections of material previously released by Geneon.  The first box set is Sakugan no Shana (MSRP $69.98) will be released on September 9th.  The Paradise Kiss Box Set, which contains 300 minutes of classic shojo anime, will be available for an MSRP of $49.98 on September 23’rd along with a Kamichu! Box Set ($49.98), while a Fate/Stay Night Box Set is due out on September 16th for $69.98, along with a Rozen Maiden Box Set ($49.98).
