The company is planning to release a total of 32 new games this year. We asked Tibbles how well the company would be able to keep its games in stock, given the relatively large number of titles at launch. Initial print runs are being set at 5,000 copies or more, Tibbles told us, which he expects to provide enough inventory to give the company time to reorder and get items that sell out back into stock. Once a reorder is placed, it will take only about two months to get to Bucephalus’ warehouse, Tibbles said.
A group of about six hobby distributors is being recruited, and the company is selling its lower price point products into the book and gift channels as well.
Demo kits will be provided to hobby retailers through distributors each month. The kit for the first month will include demos for Living Labyrinth, Rorschach, Suicide Bomber, and Toboggans of Doom.
