Twentieth Century Fox is looking for ways to expand its superhero movie franchises, according to Variety.  Among the possibilities under consideration are more X-Men spin-offs, including a film featuring Deadpool, a character to be introduced in X-Men Origins:  Wolverine (see “Wolverine Cast Signed”) and a young X-Men project; and a revival of the Daredevil property.   

One factor that may affect Fox’s superhero future is the suit it’s filed against Warner Brothers over the Watchmen film.  A fan boycott of Fox is threatened if the suit stops the release of Watchmen (see “Fox and Warner’s Watchmen Feud Escalates”).
