At the recent BEA convention in New York (see ' Comic Publishers Upbeat at BEA'), we asked DC VP Direct Sales Bob Wayne for the latest on the long-delayed Dark Knight Strikes Again #3 and were granted a few morsels.  The book is not done, and DC is making no predictions as to when it will be done.  When the last art is in, the book will be printed and shipped as soon as possible.  In order to speed the release from whenever the book is completed, DC will not resolicit;  instead, it will either allow order cuts or make the book returnable through Diamond.
