Paizo Publishing has released the Pathfinder Compatability License, which will permit publishers the ability to mark products created for use with the Pathfinder RPG (see “Pathfinder RPG Core Rulebook in August”) using a specially designed logo.  The mark will indicate that the product is compatible with the Pathfinder RPG rules (which are published under the OGL from Wizards of the Coast).  This is clearly inspired by the d20 mark offered by Wizards of the Coast for products compatible with its D&D 3.0 and 3.5 rules.

A second license, the Paizo Community Use Policy, will allow non-commercial users to create and share content compatible with most of Paizo’s products.  Logos, illustration, and other content is available for users that register their content on Paizo.com.
