A live action film based on Everette Hartsoe’s 90s comic series Razor is in development, with a 2010 production start planned.  Arclight Films and Jeff Most Productions will produce with a $15 million budget. 

Hartsoe’s final Razor graphic novel, a crossover with James O’Barr’s The Crow, was published in 1998.  Producer Jeff Most also produced The Crow feature.
