Dark Horse will produce a limited edition statue of Bettie Page based on an image by legendary artist Dave Stevens, under license from both the Page and Stevens estates. 

Stevens had as much to do with the resurgence of interest in Page as anyone, and made her a character in his Rocketeer comics beginning in 1982.  Sculptor Kent Melton, a friend of Stevens, has been chosen to do the sculpt for the statue, and helped to choose the image on which it is based. 

The 13” statue will be presented in deluxe packaging, and will be accompanied by an oversized certificate of authenticity that includes the Stevens illustration that inspired the statue. 

MSRP for the statue, which will street in August, is $150.  Edition size is yet to be determined.
