Tim Burton and Wanted director Timur Bekmambetov are producing a film adaptation of Abraham Lincoln:  Vampire Hunter, according to Hollywood Reporter.  The book, the latest from Seth Grahame-Smith (Pride and Prejudice and Zombies), was released Tuesday.  It tells the story of an ax-throwing highly trained vampire assassin, who also becomes President of the United States and wins the Civil War. 

Burton and Bekmambetov produced 9 with Jim Lemley, who will also produce the Lincoln vampire film.  Grahame-Smith will write the screenplay.
