The Comic Book Legal Defense Fund has announced the hiring of two new staff members for its management team.  Cheyenne Allott, who was an Account Executive at Dark Horse Comics, joins the CBLDF as Development Manager where as the face of the organization’s fundraising and outreach initiatives, she will oversee the CBLDF’s development activities, including fundraising at conventions, online, and at events throughout the United States.

Also joining the CBLDF is Brady Bonney, who was Operations Manager for Things From Another World.  Bonney will oversee the CBLDF’s office and fundraising logistics including supervision of the web store, and making sure that fulfillment operations are smooth and seamless.

The new staffers will report to CBLDF Executive Director Charles Brownstein, who welcomed their presence, noting “This new level of emphasis on development and operations will in turn allow us to do much better work performing our mission services, especially on the education side.  This is the first of several announcements in the coming weeks that will show the Fund becoming a much larger and stronger animal.”
