Big Blast Entertainment, which holds media rights for Oni Press, and Circle of Confusion, a management company (which represents the Wachowski Brothers (Matrix) and Brian Michael Bendis, among others) announced a cross-development and management deal.  Circle of Confusion will represent Big Blast in a management capacity, and both companies will develop the other's properties for their respective media.  There will be a Circle of Confusion branded comic from Oni in 2003.  This Big Blast is not the same company as the Big Blast toys, despite a common owner (Bob Chapman of Graphitti).  The other owners of Big Blast are Joe Nozemack of Oni and Chip Mosher.
