Hotel Samoa is a board game in which players attempt to make as much money as possible as the owners of exclusive resorts in a tropical paradise.  Before the game starts 12 flag cards, one for each round of the game, are placed face up.  Each round brings a planeload of tourists of that nationality to the island.  Players compete to get the tourists to stay at their resorts at the highest possible price.
