Wizards of the Coast is moving its D&D Insider Character Builder to the Web on November 16th.  Characters will now be saved in the WotC database, rather than on the user’s hard drive. 

The new Web-based tool will replace the downloadable version currently available.  While the download version will remain functional, it will no longer feature updated content. 

Dark Suns and Dungeons & Dragons Essentials data will first appear in the new version.
