Warner Bros. Consumer Products, DC Entertainment, and Nick Grace of Water Lane Productions will launch Batman Live, a new touring live show, next July.  The tour will kick off in the UK and Ireland summer with 54 dates, then move to Europe, and arrive in North America in the summer of 2012. 

Batman Live will have a new storyline, created for the production, which will include Batman, Robin, Alfred, The Joker, The Riddler, Catwoman, and The Penguin.  Sets will include Gotham City, Wayne Manor, the Batcave, and Arkham Asylum.  The production will feature stunts, pyrotechnics, illusions, and video screen sequences.
