In a continuation of its alphabetical approach to signing clients for its book distribution services, Diamond Book Distributors has announced that it has acquired the book channel distribution rights for Cartoon Books, publisher of Jeff Smith's Bone graphic novels.  According to the announcement, Diamond was granted exclusivity for the U.S. comic store channel as well.  Diamond has previously blitzkrieged through the As and Bs (see 'Diamond Book Distributors Adds Six More'), so announcements involving more publishers that start with C are probably coming soon.
