The revenues of Snohomish, Washington company Funko will hit around $10 million this year, a continuing growth story, according to the Seattle Times. The company was founded in 1998; its first bobble-head was of the iconic Big Boy character from the restaurant chain. Producing primarily bobble-heads during its first years, the company has recently expanded into action figures, electronics, and plush (see “Funko’s LOTR Plush”), which has allowed it to get its products into chains such as Target, Toys R Us, Walmart and Hot Topic.
