Artist Mark Bagley, who left Marvel to sign an exclusive contact with DC in 2008, is returning to Marvel to work with longtime collaborator Brian Michael Bendis on the "Death of Spider-Man" storyline (see “Bendis and Millar Do ‘Death of Spider-Man’”).  Bagley’s first work under the new deal will appear in Ultimate Comics Spider-Man #156 in March. 

“While I appreciate the opportunities DC afforded me, it’s great to be coming home to my first love—Marvel,” Bagley said.
