Teen pop star Justin Bieber is white hot. He’s got a movie coming out this weekend plus a heavily-hyped appearance coming up on The Grammys. What’s left for the diminutive moptop? How about an exclusive 40-page Wal-Mart edition of an unauthorized comic book biography?

 

Bluewater Productions has announced that “The Bieber” is getting the exclusive “big box” treatment. The Fame: Justin Bieber comic by Tara Broeckel Ooten and Claudio Avella, which was released in a shorter form in late 2010, has been expanded to 40 pages with additional narrative as well as bonus art pages. 

 

The expanded Fame: Justin Bieber comic carries a retail price of $7.99.  It is exclusive to Wal-Mart now, but it will be available in other outlets including comic shops in late March.
