Mayfair Games has announced that it will be holding a series of its popular D2D (“Demo-to-Demo”) sessions for retailers at the upcoming GAMA Trade Show, which will be held from March 14-18 at Ballys in Las Vegas. Each session will introduce four Mayfair titles to participating retailers, teaching the dealers how to demo and sell each game, as well as presenting additional materials that will support product sales. At the end of each session, each participating D2D retailer will take home one demo copy of each of the four titles from their sessions along with the promotional materials, other promo items and some surprises.

There will be three regular sessions (teaching never-before presented titles) and one “retro” session (presenting the titles from the first D2D session). The “retro” session is for newer retailers who have not participated in the original D2D session.

Each session can accommodate sixteen retail stores, and each retail organization can bring in a total of two representatives (though each retail organization will only receive on copy of the demonstrated games). Retailers can register online at the GAMA Trade Show Website. If the already scheduled sessions fill up, Mayfair will add additional D2D seminars.

The first session will be held on March 15th from 12 pm to 2:30 pm, with the second D2 seminar following from 2:30 to 5 pm, followed by a third session on March 16th from 8:30 am to 11 am. The games demoed at all three of these sessions will be Domain, Catan Geographies: Germany, Wenhandler, and Lords of Vegas.

The “retro” session will be held on March 17th at 8:30 am. It will include Station Master, Shear Panic, Bacchus’ Banquet, and Monuments.

Breakfast will served at the two 8:30 am morning sessions, and snacks will accompany the afternoon sessions.
