PHD has announced that it will open a new distribution center in Dallas, Texas in May. This gives PHD three locations: Dallas, Texas; Orlando, Florida; and Boundbrook, New Jersey. The new location will be managed by Larry Denmark, who’s transferring from the company’s New Jersey facility.
PHD was formed (as Premiere Hobby Distribution) by Sito and Amy Sanchez in Orlando in 2004 (see “Sito and Amy Sanchez Form New Distributor”). The company merged with Centurion Hobby Distributors of New Jersey in 2007 (see “Game Distributors Merge”). The company’s name is now Peachstate Hobby Distribution, LLC.
