Marvel took the USO Girls from Captain America: The First Avenger to the USS Intrepid for a special performance during Fleet Week last Friday, generating photos and video for the Marvel Website and other uses. With X-Men: First Class opening this weekend, the field now becomes clear for marketing activity behind the next release in Marvel’s three-movie summer (X-Men: First Class from Fox and Thor and Cap from Marvel Studios).    

 

The first looks at the movie came out earlier this year (see “Captain America Trailer” and “New Captain America Movie Poster,” among others).
