The Cartoon Network has announced the debut date for the first episode of the 52-episode cartoon series Redakai: Conquer the Kairu, which will air at 10am (ET,PT) on Saturday July 23rd.  The Redakai cartoon series, which ties in to the innovative Redakai Lenticular Trading Card Game (see “Hobby Gets First Crack at Next Big Thing”), will then continue in its regular slot every Saturday morning at 10am on the Cartoon Network.

 

Spin Master, which is producing the Redakai TCG, was heavily involved in the production of the Redakai: Conquer the Kairu cartoon series, making sure that the story elements in the cartoon matched the backstory of the game itself (see “Redakai: Conquer the Kairu”).

 

Spin Master launched the Redakai Lenticular Trading Card Game in the Hobby in June (see “250 Stores Did Redakai Launch Events”) and also began its Organized Play program for the game (see “Redakai OP Kicks Off in June”).

The Redakai Lenticular Trading Card Game will not be available in the mass market until sometime in August.
