The Mike Baron and Steve Rude creation Nexus will return to comics with a three-part story in Dark Horse Presents. The new story will begin in Dark Horse Presents #12, shipping in May 2012.

Nexus was first published in 1981 by Capital Comics, a company affiliated with the ancestor of ICv2. Both Baron and Rude went on to win Eisner Awards during their long careers in comics.
Following its publication by Capital, Nexus was published by First Comics. Beginning in 1991, Dark Horse Comics published a number of new series and collected the Nexus material in an archives format. The final volume of the Nexus Archives was published earlier this year.
