Diamond Comic Distributors has signed a deal with Penguin Books UK to distribute Penguin’s extensive line of Doctor Who books in the U.S. and Mexico.  The deal covers comic stores, bookstores, mass merchants, libraries, and other outlets. 

Penguin’s line includes over 100 books and novels to date, with more planned for 2012.  Releases this year will include Doctor Who: Alien Adventures, the third in Penguin’s mass market paperback novel series.

Diamond already distributes an extensive line of Doctor Who merchandise which includes around 1000 products from 27 licensees.
