Bob Schaefer from Dragon's Lair Comics & Fantasy in San Antonio, Texas read Scott Thorne's latest column (see "Rolling for Initiative--In (and out of) the Helvault") regarding the leaking of the contents for Wizards of the Coast's promotional Helvault and had this to say.

I just finished reading Scott Thorne's "Rolling for Initiative--In (and out of) the Helvault" and all I can say is that I'm very disappointed in whoever leaked the Helvault contents early.  It's that kind of lack of professionalism by the few bad apples that causes problems for the rest of us trying to provide a fun and exciting experience for our tournament players.  That's the kind of thing that led to Diamond taking years (decades?) to finally relent on their concerns about retailers breaking street date and let comics stores get their books a day early so we could have time to get them ready for New Comics Day.

As Scott wrote, Wizards of the Coast put a lot of time and effort into making this a really exciting promotion and I'd hate to think that these kind of breaches of trust might make them think it wasn't worth their time to do something like it again.
