I-Verse will exclusively distribute digital versions of foreign language Marvel comics in a new multi-year agreement, Marvel announced.  Releases will begin late this year, with staggered releases planned for the future.  

Although Marvel had done some English-language comic releases with iVerse beginning in 2009, those ended earlier this year when comiXology was granted the English-language exclusive (see "Marvel Inks Exclusive Deal with comiXology").  This new deal with iVerse splits Marvel’s comics between two platforms (comiXology for English, and iVerse for other languages), at least for the forseeable future.  Both carry Marvel graphic novels in English, as do other platforms.
