Marvel Comics CCO Joe Quesada will appear on Jimmy Kimmel Live on Tuesday, October 9th, and promises that "you’ve never seen Marvel on TV like this before." The subject will be Marvel NOW!, the House of Ideas’ plans to revamp the lineup of Marvel characters and books.
Since Quesada will be appearing on a Disney-owned channel simultaneously with the special "Midnight Release" events for the first Marvel NOW! book, this would appear to be yet another example of corporate synergy providing new opportunities for Marvel that might not have been available had Disney not acquired Marvel.
As for Marvel NOW!, perhaps Quesada will provide some details on the scope of the revamping of the Marvel Comics lineup that has been hard to come by even though Marvel has been slowly releasing details of the program over the past months.
