The Comic Book Legal Defense Fund has two new officers and a new director in the wake of the organizaiton’s most recent meeting of the board of directors.  Jeff Abraham is the organization’s new treasurer, replacing Milton Griepp, who moves to vice president.  Andrew McIntire of Things from Another World is a new member of the organization’s board of directors.   
Jeff Abraham, who’s taking over as the organization’s treasurer, is the president of Random house Publisher Services, which distributes DC Comics, Kodansha, Archie, Vertical, and Wizards of the Coast to the book trade.  Abraham has served as the Executive Director of the Book Industry Study Group, a non-profit trade association which works to create a more informed, empowered, and efficient book industry supply chain. 
Milton Griepp, taking over as CBLDF vice president from his former post as treasurer, is the CEO and founder of ICv2 and a board member of comiXology parent Iconology.  He was the co-founder and CEO of Capital City Distribution, and the chairman and CEO of Next Planet Over.
New board member Andrew McIntire is the Senior Director of Retail Operations for Things from Another World, which operates online retailer TFAW.com.  He began there in 2008, became Marketing Director, and how oversees the day-to-day retail operations of the company. 

Larry Marder remains the organization's president, and Dale Cendali the organization's secretary.
The Comic Book Legal Defense Fund is currently conducting its "Be Counted" holiday fundraising campaign, with many great premiums for donors (see "Alan Moore Personalized Graphic Novels"), to support its work of protecting the First Amendment rights of the comics art form and its community of retailers, creators, publishers, librarians, and readers.
