The release of The Hobbit: There and Back Again is moving from July 2014 to December 17, 2014, according to Hollywood Reporter.  The July date had been an aberration; all three of the Lord of the Rings and the first two Hobbit films were December films.  That takes the third Hobbit movie out of head-to-head competition with X-Men: Days of Future Past.
Hercules, based on the Radical graphic novel, was moved earlier this week out of August to July 25, 2014 (see "'Hercules' Moves to July").  It now has only one tentpole leading into its premiere week, instead of two.
