There are so many geek films in the pipe that the pics and vids are flowing faster than ever. On Wednesday, two new pieces were released, from Star Trek into Darkness and The Amazing Spider-Man 2.  

The Star Trek poster from J.J. Abrams’ Star Trek into Darkness was in both a conventional format and in a "cinemosaic" format that puts videos in sections of the poster.

This is only the latest in a pretty steady flow of materials from the film (see "New 'Star Trek Into Darkness' Poster and Stills"), which opens May 15th in IMAX theaters and May 17th everywhere else.

And second, in a Tweet from director Mark Webb, we see an image from The Amazing Spider-Man 2 of a police officer next to a car on fire with the message, "This is what happens when you try to give Electro a ticket."  Jamie Foxx is playing Electro in the film (see "Jamie Foxx in 'Spider-Man 2'"), which opens May 2nd, 2014.
