Giant theater chain AMC has settled its dispute with Disney over terms and has begun selling advance tickets for Iron Man 3, according to Deadline.  The dispute over new terms that Disney was imposing for its films (including Marvel, Pixar, and Star Wars) on the eve of a major release had led multiple theater owners to refuse to sell advance tickets for the film (see "'Iron Man 3' Tix Not on Sale").

Another remaining holdout, Regal, which owns 7000 screens, had pulled standees, movie posters and other marketing materials for Iron Man 3 on Tuesday according to the report, but has now also agreed to terms.

Meanwhile on Wednesday, MovieTickets.com reported that over 400 screenings of Iron Man 3 worldwide were sold out, and that over 25% of its domestic ticket sales were advance sales for Iron Man 3.
