Konami has revealed new details about Lord of the Tachyon Galaxy (see "'Lord of the Tachyon Galaxy'"), due out May 17th. 
 
Lord of the Tachyon Galaxy will be the first set to include "Number Monsters" that break the "100 limit."  Special "Mecha Phantom Beasts" in the set also make it easier to summon high-ranking monsters.  Other new cards in the set will include more Harpies, Fire Fists, Mermails, Prophecy, Madolche, Noble Knights, Constellars, and Evilswarm.
 
There will be a total of 100 cards in the set, with 48 common, 20 rare, 14 super rare, 10 ultra rare, and eight secret rare cards.  Cards will be available in nine-card booster packs with a suggested retail price of $3.99.
 
Official tournament stores will host a "Sneak Peak" event on May 11th or 12th.
