George and Peter Irwin's I-Toys, Inc. has purchased the name Irwin Toy and several of the company's brand names from the bankrupt Irwin Toy Ltd..  The Irwins sold Irwin Toy to investment firm LivGroup two years ago (see 'Irwin Toy Sold') for $55 million.   Late last year the company filed for bankruptcy, after missing shipping dates on key products (see 'Irwin Toys Files for Bankruptcy').  The top products from Irwin were Dragon Ball Z and Sailor Moon toys; I-Toys will not be producing DBZ toys as Jakks was recently awarded the license (see 'Jakks Lands Dragon Ball License').
