Here are four Dark Horse Comic-Con announcements that we hadn’t previously covered.

Dark Horse Comics will launch Black Beetle:  Necrologue, a new five issue miniseries by Francesco Francavilla, on October 23.

Director Duncan Jones (working on World of Warcraft, see "'WoW' Has Director") and Glenn Fabry are collaborating on a comic version of Mute, a Jones concept with film aspirations.  It’s a year away, Dark Horse said.

Kelly Sue DeCormick and Christopher Sebela will write and Ryan Sook will handle art for a new ongoing Ghost series, launching in November.

Dark Horse is creating comics tied to PopCap’s Plants vs. Zombies video game.  Plants Vs. Zombies: Lawnmageddon is being released first in six digital chapters via a dedicated iOS app, and in a hardcover collection on November 6 in comic shops and November 19 in bookstores.
