Apple has banned Image's Sex Criminals #1, by Matt Fraction and Chris Zdarsky, from the comiXology app store, and has also not allowed the third issue to be released there.  This comes in the wake of the high-profile banning of the second issue (see "'Sex Criminals' #2 Banned by Apple").  The first issue had previously been cleared for sale by Apple, but was re-evaluated and removed after the second issue was banned. 

As was the case in the past, Apple continues to sell all three issues in its iBooks store, and since Apple has no control over what comiXology sells elsewhere, the issues remain available in comiXology’s Web store and Android and Windows apps.
