Mayday Games plans to release Hold Your Breath!, the third entry in the Get Bit "stupid pirate" trilogy of card games, in May 2014. The game is currently seeking funding on Kickstarter.
 
Hold Your Breath! is the follow up to Mayday’s Walk the Plank (see "Mayday's 'Walk the Plank'"),  which was a sequel of sorts to the 2011 Origins Award winning Get Bit.  Designed by Christopher Urinko & Daniel Jenkins, with art by Mike Groves, this incarnation of the idiot pirates sees them playing a game to see who is toughest by holding their breath the longest.  The goal is to dive the deepest into the ocean depths, but also to get back to the surface alive (avoiding Panic! and other sabotage cards played by fellow pirates). 
 
The box contains 68 cards, 4 pirate tokens, 4 anchor tokens, a dive deck, a depth board and a rulebook.  The game is for 2 – 4 players, ages 6 and up, and plays in 10 – 15 minutes.  Mayday has stated in their Kickstarter material that their goal is to keep the MSRP below $20.00.  Backer fulfillment is estimated to be April 2014, trade release will follow in May.
 
The Kickstarter is currently at over $34,000 from 686 backers (averaging $50.38), and will be funded on December 21.  There is a "Pirate King" retailer backer level for $99 for 10 copies of the game, plus a bonus store demo copy.
