In an odd meta twist of jocks meets geeks, the Justice League will be joining forces with the commentators from TNT’s Inside the NBA show, to... play basketball and fight evil?
 
Announced on EW, The Justice League Goes Inside the NBA: All Star Edition is a new limited edition, free comic book that will be given away at the NBA All-Star Jam Session in New Orleans from February 13 - 16.
 
The plot set-up will involve Superman, Green Lantern, Steel, and the Flash taking part in a charity basketball game, and meeting TV show host Ernie Johnson and analysts Shaquille O’Neal, Kenny Smith, and Charles Barkley.  The article made several bad sports jokes, but neglected to include important details like writer, artist, page count, or print run size.
 
Here’s hoping it plays out half as well as Scooby-Doo Meets the Harlem Globetrotters.
